Welcome to the countryside luxury villas in the complex "Sunset", which is located in a picturesque area on the edge of Kosharitsa, just in 6 km from Sunny Beach and in 30km from Burgas.

"Sunset" - a complex of 18 houses, each house has its own courtyard (the area from 420 to 600 sq.m). Each villa is built on the site chosen by the client. The infrastructure will be built first. Location - a great opportunity to relax away from the noise of a large resort; has everything you need for recreation and residence.

Each house is being constructed in a period of 12 months. During the construction and decoration of houses will be used only high quality materials. Finishing:
- "Turn Key" - will only pick up the furniture and equipment. The price includes all work to finish.
- "Turnkey furnished" - housing is fully completed, included furniture, appliances, air conditioning, interior lighting, boilers, equipment for the bathroom. This option is useful if you are going to rent the property out to tourists and their friends.
