Expected a good year for real estate markets in the world
It is expected that 2011 will be the best year for world trade in the real estate business since 2007. This shows the report of the company Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). Forecast that the investment in real estate business will be 440 billion dollars which increased by almost 40% compared to the last year and the highest level since 2007.
Optimistic expectations are based on the good result, which showed the world real estate market in the first quarter of this year. According to the report the size of the investment reached 94 billion dollars, he noted an increase of 44% per year.
The biggest investment activity was in U.S., UK, Japan and Germany. In the first three months of the year, Brazilian market of real estates is in fifth place in the world before the Chinese.
